AFHE is pleased to offer an interactive virtual program for AFHE members only: Quarterly Peer Discussion Groups. AFHE will offer one session per quarter. The session will start with a brief 15 minute presentation, and then go into a moderated group discussion about the topic.
Corporate Transparency Act reporting is here! Corinne Sprague, partner at Warner Norcross + Judd LLP and chair of her firm’s Corporate Transparency Act task force, will lead a discussion on lessons learned, best practices, and how AFHE practitioners are interpreting a few ambiguous provisions of the CTA that have led to common client questions.
